355BAV - Variable Capacity Condensing Furnace

The model 355BAV Plus 95i™ Ultra-Efficient Condensing Gas Furnace is the result of an extensive, systematic research and development project to build the most highly reliable and efficient condensing furnace on the market. The 355BAV is designed for ultra-high efficient operation with 95% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE). Superior, quiet operation and maximum comfort are achieved through the use of variable-capacity operation. Its unique arrangement of 2-stage gas control, variable speed blower and inducer, Perfect Heat/Perfect Humidity™ control, sealed combustion, and direct venting makes this furnace an industry pacesetter. The 355BAV should be installed in upflow applications with a 2-pipe venting system. Model 355BAV is approved for use with natural or propane gas and is GAMA certified. Field conversion to propane is required. All units meet California Air Quality Management District emission requirements. All sizes are design certified in Canada. Standard features include:
