Energy Savings Agreements

1. Items included for all ESA customers
1. ESA members receive Priority scheduling
2. ESA members may purchase other products at a 5% discount any time during the term of their agreement or take advantage of the “value rate” pricing on service repairs.
3. Four Seasons Heating, Inc. will provide one  maintenance inspection during a twelve month period (Call to schedule this appointment)
4. All inspections are performed during normal business hours; Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
2. Air Conditioning ESA includes
1. Replace furnace or air handler filter (electronic air cleaner cleaning or media air filter replacement is extra)
2. Check and tighten all wire connections.
3. Test Thermostat for proper operation
4. Check evaporator coil for cleanliness (cleaning is extra)
5. Check and clean outdoor unit condenser coil
6. Check outdoor condensing unit for levelness
7. Check refrigerant charge and operating pressures
8. Check and clean condensate drain and pan
9. Check blower wheel for balance and cleanliness (cleaning is extra)
10. Check for correct temperature drop through the system
11. Check operation of all safety controls
12. Lubricate all moving parts if applicable
13. Test all electrical components
3. Furnace ESA inspection includes
1. Test temperature rise through the furnace
2. Test all furnace safety controls for proper operation
3. Test thermostat for proper operation
4. Test and adjust furnace gas pressure if applicable
5. Check furnace electrical connections and wiring condition
6. Test furnace sequence of operation
7. Clean furnace blower compartment
8. Check furnace burner compartment and clean if needed
9. Check furnace blower wheel (cleaning is additional cost)
10. Adjust furnace burners if applicable
11. Check and clean pilot assembly if applicable
12. Lubricate all moving parts if applicable
13. Replace furnace filter (cleaning electronic or media air cleaners is an additional cost)
