1. These products require yearly servicing. We strongly recommend having this service done as the life of these products can be shortened without this service. Service includes:
1. Removal of unit from duct work
2. Cleaning out mineral build up from boiling compartment

4. Reinstall unit and seal to duct work
5. Change the in-line water filter cartridge – available on the on-line store
