Gary took time with us explaining the heat pump system and how efficiently and seamlessly it integrates with our existing duct work for heating and cooling our home.

From start to finish the Four Seasons Heating team removed our old furnace and air conditioner, replaced them with a new 90 percent efficient furnace and a new heat pump with utmost professionalism.  Throughout the two day installation process we watched as the technicians masterfully did their work.  They were courteous and careful and more than happy to explain the process as they went along.  After the installation they removed all the old debris and left no hint that they were even there, except for the beautiful, quiet new furnace in our basement and new heat pump where our old air conditioner lived.

We cannot recommend Four Seasons highly enough.  We’d use them again without reservation.  This is a business that knows customer service, integrity and how to do their work on time as promised, with pride and honesty.

All you folks at Four Seasons continue to impress. I am impressed as a consumer, homeowner, and real estate broker. Since 2001 you’ve been my ‘go to’ company for all of my HVAC air-handling, humidification, and geothermal heating and cooling needs. That includes four of my personal homes. I’m only sorry that I’ve not written of my satisfaction earlier. I could name names, but the word ‘everyone’ does a better job.

Ken and I want to thank you and your wonderful installation team for the great job with our Furnace and A/C install last week. We are both amazed at how quiet the Furnace is and we already are noticing that the overall temperature in the house seems much more even throughout. The installation team were very, very professional and we appreciated the way they took care with our house.

The Best Warranty Service we've ever had came from Four Seasons Heating, Inc. We purchased a furnace that came with a 5 year warranty. It is very important to have your furnace serviced and checked periodically, especially within the warranty period. Our furnace had some major problems and all parts and labor were covered under the warranty. I am so pleased that we did not have to pay out-of-pocket for the extensive repairs. Michelle told us that there would be an $80 service call charge to check our furnace, but if we instead scheduled a routine cleaning, it would only be $125, so for $45 more we not only got our furnace checked as requested, but also cleaned. That was a good recommendation by Michelle, and we appreciate knowing our option instead of her simply telling us $80.

Tom then came to our home promptly and was most professional. He first replaced our thermostat which is a $200 item, opened everything, and checked and replaced parts as needed, but couldn't clean our furnace, because it was in need of repairs, even though it is relatively new. As busy as they were, they nonetheless scheduled another technician, Brandon, for the following day to perform major repairs to our furnace. All of this was done under warranty. Tom returned after the repairs were completed so that he could then clean our furnace and check our gas pressure. He recommended that we call the gas company to boost the gas pressure. Xcel energy confirmed that we had low pressure.

Altogether we got great advice, great service, and are extremely happy. Bottom line, we highly recommend Four Seasons Heating , Inc. They're honest and they know what they're doing. Be sure to engage their services, especially if you have a warranty. As far as we're concerned, we found an HVAC company that we can trust and use for life.
